The Effervescence Personal Training Studio

Effervescence LLC (Body By Brooks) is transitioning to it's new space on Bladensburg Road just two blocks from our previous Linden Court location.  Classes and training are now taking place in The Flats at Atlas Building.

Our new studio will feature cardio and strength training equipment to accommodate personal training. In addition, there will be a state-of-the-art fitness class training room where all strength and core classes will take place.
